Opinel Oyster & Shellfish Knife

The 6.5cm stainless steel blade is robust and pointed and can open oysters and other shellfish easily without damaging them. The Virobloc safety stystem locks the blade open or closed. The varnished wood handle gives a good grip for the rotary and up and down movements.
